As I sit here and look out of my window, br I see a blue sky and white fluffy clouds br and the temperature is mid seventies br a perfect day to go to the park. br br But I am stuck in this house, br sniffling, coughing, and doing nothing br but watching tennis on tv and writing br this poem about being bored. br br I could go out, but would that be wise? br I have a virus that just won't quit br but I could have some fun br even if I have a coughing fit. br br No I think I had better stay indoors br and watch my neighbors drinking Coors br and laughing and having a good time br in the perfect sun on a perfect day. br br So wrapped up in my snuggie br I curl up on the sofa and watch br my tennis and drink my juice br being bored out of my mind.
