David Harris - Bombs Away

David Harris - Bombs Away

In the skies above us br the birds tirelessly fly, br their aerial displays br are better than our own. br The sail across the currents effortlessly br and on their bombing raids br their targeting is precise. br Their bombs do not kill or maim, br but do mess things up a bit. br Never park under a tree br as they have a particular delight br of targets parked there. br They seem to like br the colour red when bombing br and their evidence is always seen. br Our feathered friends br swoop down from the sky br and enjoy their bombing practice br when one comes into sight. br The leader yells TALLY HO br and away they go br with a SPLAT here and a SPLAT there. br At just one glance, br you can tell you have been targeted. br Now just imagine how much br worse it could be br if cows learned to fly.
