David Harris - A Flying Cow

Millie Moo Cow was grazing br in a field on day br when her fairy godmother br came to pay a visit to her. br Millie you are a good old cow br and your days are not yet through. br If I had wish for you br what would that wish be fore? br Millie chewed at her cud br and thought for a bit. br I would like a pair of wings br so I could fly like the birds br and then I could find the green fields br with all the tenders shoots to graze upon. br The fairy godmother waved her wand br and on Millie, two beautiful wings grew. br Millie flapped her new wings br and into the sky, she flew. br As she, few around she caused quite a stir. br Looking down she remembered br all those who had tormented her. br Now she had wings she could get her revenge. br She dived and did a somersault br and then began her bombing run br laying on them cow pats big and round. br People ran for cover as Millie flew on by. br Tiring of her games in a green field, she landed. br Her fairy godmother wasn’t pleased. br You were only supposed to look for green fields br not go bombarding people with your poo. br For your bad behaviour, br I’m taking your wings away from you. br She waved her magic wand again br and Millie’s wings were gone. br The moral of this story is br when they say do unto others as they do unto you. br You will be punished br so go do it first.
