My church has been a blessing br Where I’ve prayed for many years br I thank God for my gifts br And ask guidance for my fears br br A place to share with friends and family br Where we bow our heads in prayer br And when special holidays arise br We always meet right there br br Christmas is a special time for us br To honor our baby Jesus br To get the little children together br And really make a fuss br br With their singing and their little skits br They understand what Christmas means br They learn to look ahead br The Christian way to plan their dreams br br My church is so very beautiful br Inside and outside too br I hope there is a church as well br That means the world to you!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
