He does not yearn for to be the toast of the town br Or he has never daydreamed of widespread renown br Quite happy with his lot his type becoming rare br Down to earth and unassuming and so self aware br To live a decent life he does the best he can br Devoted to his wife and three young children the family man br Negative things of others you never hear him say br And to help those in need of help he goes out of his way br One not seen very often in the local pub br Or not a member of any social grouping or any sporting club br Though not hard to like he is not that well known br Yet as a person in a class of his own br He rises for work before dawn every working day br And he surely does work hard for his take home pay.
