Packed bags in the trunk br I slip through the city quietly. br The long distances shall now lay shrunk br as the wheels speed on nicely. br br Away from the maddening bustle br as I wind the window down. br I hear the tree leaves rustle br I am surely away from town. br br Thatched roof and coconut trees; br I sense love in the morning breeze. br Today the sun appears extra pink; br I stare at life and the missing link. br br There's a music in the engine's rumble br as a cuckoo's voice echoes in jungle. br The serpentine road and the crawl uphill br I admire the beauty, the time stands still br br Someone silently rewinds the clock br as I stand tall on top of a rock. br Arms stretched wide, eyes to the sky br wind on my face, have sun in my eye. br br The evening sky stands clear and proud br Huddle of stars and absolutely no cloud. br The mind counts the jewels one by one br This moment is infinite in pleasure and fun. br br Windows open where only a wall stays br I dance with trees, my heart sways br The stereo fills the air with a lovely song br I happily sing, “ Can I stay here all life long”.
