If I were to call him an artist br I would call him an artist br Who prefers to portray br The minds of men. br Still his taste is versatile. br His landscapes have a verdant br Beauty of their own. br He has a rich sense of colours. br He loves to apply br Bright joy over dark pain. br He depicts Nature br In its primitive nakedness. br In some of his paintings br Such as ‘The Forest of Joy’ br And ‘People’s Brotherhood Project’ br He has painted poetry. br His art is full of symbolic lyricism. br We see in them the tree of compassion br Spreading a cool shade br And standing with flowers in bloom. br We see the lofty light tower of work br Built on the mighty rock of will. br He shows an abiding fascination br For birds and flowers and trees. br His canvases abound with them. br In the coarseness of his canvas br His creativity blends nature and man br To create a harmony between br Beauty, utility and stability. br He creates a beautiful mix br Of the ancient and the modern. br In some of his recent works br We find him sketch br With subtle strokes of the brush br Drawn from the depth of his heart, br Mans unhealthy relationships br With nature. br In a striking canvas he shows br Progress and Superfluity br Monopolizing the tender breast br Of Mother Nature br While Poverty lies on her lap br Crying for a dropp of milk. br But he doesn’t belong br To such class of artists br Who remain content br Portraying grim realities. br He has been wielding br His brush and palette br To show how man can preserve nature br How he can ensure a better future. br He is the artist who said br “No one has the right to arrange br The funeral of the future.
