IM SENDING YOU A NOTE TO TELL YOU br How much I love and care for you br I watched over you all through today br And all the day before too br Each evening I gave you a sunset br And cool evening breeze for your rest br I long for you to speak to me br I hope you're not like the rest. br Most of my highest creation br Seem too bsy to bother with me br They accept all my love and salvation br All the things I provide them for free br I bathe you with moonlight - while you br Are asleep - and all of my promises keep. br br Last week when you were sad and low br I sent Angels to watch over you br The lady who comforted you at your desk br And the young man who helped you br Restart your car - He was my Angel too. br I made the earth for you to enjoy br The blue of the sea and the sky br The green of the grass and the leaves br The gardens so lovely - as you pass by br The burden of stess it relieves. br The scent and the hue of the flowers in the park br The songs of the birds in the trees br The dove and the thrush - the bluebird and lark br To bless you - I created all these. br br I don't ask for cathedrals - full of stained glass br I don't need vast organs and choirs br Mosques or temples or mystical shrines br Churches with bells and towers and spires. br Mt Spirit does not dwell in buildings br Or idols of wood or of gold br My Spirit dwells in the heart of man br My Lambs who've come into My Spiritual Fold. br If only you knew just how much I love you br My love is much deeper than oceans br My love is much higher - beyond the blue sky. br Unlike human love my love is eternal br Ever faithful and present - and my love for you br Is steadfast and true - my love never will die.
