John Keats - Sonnet: Oh! How I Love, On A Fair Summer's Eve

Oh! how I love, on a fair summer's eve, br When streams of light pour down the golden west, br And on the balmy zephyrs tranquil rest br The silver clouds, far -- far away to leave br All meaner thoughts, and take a sweet reprieve br From little cares; to find, with easy quest, br A fragrant wild, with Nature's beauty drest, br And there into delight my soul deceive. br There warm my breast with patriotic lore, br Musing on Milton's fate -- on Sydney's bier -- br Till their stern forms before my mind arise: br Perhaps on wing of Poesy upsoar, br Full often dropping a delicious tear, br When some melodious sorrow spells mine eyes.
