Confessions of Krishna - 2 br br When my mind is cloudy br I have nowhere to place my head br Except in your cooling lap br Till the clouds start raining profusely br br The roar of a storm in all its weirdness br With whirling winds full of mist and dust br Furious thoughts of melancholy br Melted in the lava of loneliness br br With your touch you can neutralize br All those twisty tornadoes with at most ease br With your lullabies you can sooth br All the eruptions and quakes br br The stormy thunders and the blinding lightening br In my mind will diminish slowly br All my sorrows will stream away br To the wild valleys of the mind's twilight zone br br In the soothing rain you can give br All the love that I crave for br Then the valleys of Vrindavan will bloom br With flowers of magical colors br br The birds will sing in melodious tone br About the serene love that you gave me br So sublime to embalm all my wounds br On my lonely heart and soul br br Will you stay with me till I sleep? br Will you sing those lullabies till I sleep? br To calm me to a blissful nap br That I may not wake up to miss you again br br br (This is an imaginary poem written as narrated by God Krishna to his childhood love Radha, to show how sublime and deep his love was.) br br Vrindavan - The beautiful garden where Krishna and Radha spent their time.br br C.N.
