When I first wondered about black eternity br if I had never been born taking on physical br form with five senses to take in the world br around me, shattered by the idea of non- br being, because I assumed I was my body br br Religion made it all worse, teaching being br human was sinful as a result of a ‘fall’ then br requiring sinful me to love all sinful people, br I could not, I studied the commandments br and knew I was doomed for being unable br br To love and serve people like Jesus did, br if I were good, yet aware of being sinful, br I would be given eternal life, the church br claimed, and to add insult to injury, we br might be preordained to be saved or not br br The choice was not ours, a check-mate br situation! When I discovered the spiritual br teaching I am already a soul, an eternal br spirit that always has been and would br always be, regardless of events br br In the script that is my life, and I learnt br that we orchestrate the play ourselves br and realized I had chosen an eccentric br father and an artistic mother, bringing br me to what I am now br br And where I am, surrounded by love, by br beauty and mystery while reading about br electromagnetic impulses proving that br everything in existence has its own br form of awareness - oh joyous life br br Magnificent consciousness, extending br beyond my body to unending parallel br universes - I adore quantum physics br for lifting the veil of being as energy: br loving, intelligent, aware – br br Being, just Breathing and Being: The most br scrumptious experience there is!br br Margaret Alicebr br
