Linda Winchell - 'All Or Nothing At All'

Miss Mary rose late one Monday morn, br Pushing the snooze button one too many times. br Now trying to pull her-self together, br She couldn’t find what she’d washed upon the line. br br No stockings, and no clean panties to wear, br She thought, “What is a gal to do? ” br If I am late again…I’m afraid this job I’ll lose! br br So with some strong conviction felt, br She threw on a skirt and blouse. br And boots that covered most her leg, br She flew out of the house. br br A gust of wind came blowing by, br As her bus did round the curve. br Revealing all that Mary had, br Some on the bus said, “What a nerve! ” br br But Mary paid no never mind, br Jumped on the bus and placed a token in the driver’s hand.
