A rehearsal of Armageddon br A chilling sight br A rage of nature br Devouring a piece of man br And his treasured proceeds br From constant sweat and toil br Like a piece of delicious cake br Consumed by a starving lioness br Saddled with the hunger br Of her languishing cubs br But chance upon a lonely lamb br Forsaken by a hired shepherd br At a dry wilderness br br Suffering from acute malaria fever br The land shivers, feeling very cold br Agape as though utterly astounded br But famished it really is br And laps up every dropp of innocent blood br As if its life entirely depends thereon br br The ocean, boiling over br Overthrows its boundary br And marches aggressively br In sweeping anger br Swallowing everything br On the course of dear life br br And awestruck nuclear plants br Incapacitated and gasping br Explode and contaminate br Land, ocean and air br Reducing man to a fugitive br Like a rabbit smoked out of its warren br br Japan, oh Japan! br My heart bleeds for you br Your pain is the pain of all br For man is enslaved by nature. br br (C) Chris Jibero. 2011.
