Sayeed Abubakar - Village Modhupur

Sayeed Abubakar - Village Modhupur

At the farthest corner of the world br there remains my village Modhupur small and smart. br Birds chirp there, farmers render songs, br flowers sprinkle flavor all the year round. br br The sun rises like a silver disk in the east; br at evening it sets in the west. br At night the moon appears to dispel dark. br The village neat and nice has no match at all. br br Tasting berries, lichees and mangoes, and sporting br in its fields, I spent my delicious childhood there. br Leaving behind that sweet, splendid, unforgettable village br I wander restlessly now from one country to another. br How long I have not stepped in my village! br But my heart lies there every day every moment.
