I lost a friend of mine today br They put him in a box br I spun it round 3 times onstage br Now all we’ve found is socks! br br I know I read the manual br I tried it on my Nan br So I called my best friend Dave on stage br He’d help me if he can br br I’ve been watching Pen and Teller br I find them fascinating br But I haven’t got a friend like “Penn” br So Instead I put my mate in br br I doubt that all the others br Would lose their own assistant br I’ll spin the box another time br I have to be persistent br br I should have gone for David Blaine br He does his tricks alone br But I’m new to all this magic stuff br I never could have known br br I’m glad I lost him when I did br Its only fair to say br My next thing was the “Sawing trick” br I learnt it yesterday. br br So he really got off lightly br I better tell his dad br I’m sorry that I lost your son br The trick went wrong.......
