In the corrupt countries, like mine br positioned officials trade on rules, br Sell convenience, earn bad money br abuse positions, make system fool. br br Bureaucrats, police, politicians br think mighty, do things above law; br make money for their lavish living br near and dear also, they reward. br br People pay bribe to get work easy br and face minimum harassment; br Officials accept for lavish needs br and to make their living decent. br br Authority’s laxity, indifference, br complex rules, no transparency; br give officials chance to exploit br innocence, difficulty, urgency. br br They relax rules for received bribe br for granting work, quota, license; br avoidance of punishment or fine br evading tax and Govt. payments. br br Scammers, black money earners br grab resources, depriving the mass; br capture power and manipulate br to force higher price, by poor class. br br Deputed to defend law and people; br to the citizens ought to be good. br But hidden outlaw rob their money; br are ‘the white collared Robin Hood’.br br S.D.
