Everyone has problems, br Some may be worse and some not as bad br But when it comes to hurting yourself, br All you feel is sad… br br Trying just to get away, br Hiding myself from the world. br Trying to make it all better, br When I’m finally becoming up- whirled… br br Looking for an escape, br Just thinking I should die br Telling my parents what they want to hear, br Knowing that it’s all a lie… br br I go upstairs and go through my drawer, br Then finally pull it out. br Cutting and cutting, br Until I eventually feel worn-out… br br I hide it each day, everyday I live, br Just hoping no one will find out. br I don’t do it to die, br I just do it to let go, br br And hoping someday br I’ll finally breakout.
