Cynthia BuhainBaello - A Mother's Grief

Cynthia BuhainBaello - A Mother's Grief

There are no sorrows br Like a mother's grief br br No one can ever know br And it is never brief. br br The pain she carries br Is like daily death br br Though memory buries br She cannot forget. br br Where would she run br For a healing balm? br br Tears for a lost son br Though shed, cannot calm br br A baneful mother's heart br For death was so tragic br br It had torn her apart br Evasive justice they seek br br I pray her son's killers br Be caught to serve time br br Heal this grieving mother br Knowing they paid the crime. br br br This poem was about my friend, a mother whose son was brutally stabbed to death by two drug addicts while he was working late at night driving a tricycle. He was father to two small children. br br All rights reserved~~~~Cynthia Buhain-Baello~~~11.20.
