Yesterday in Catalonia, two million Catalans cast their votes in a non-binding referendum to decide Catalan independence. A tally of the votes showed 80 to be in favor. Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy is furious over the vote which Spanish courts declared unconstitutional and is threatening Catalonia with litigation over the vote.
