pTwo waterspouts formed simultaneously off the coast of western Liguria, Italy, on November 6, as a thunderstorm moved through the area. Both dissipated before reaching land. The waterspouts were viewable from Diana Marina, Cervo and Andora, according to a a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="blank" href="" target="blank"local reporta.
