Two window washers were rescued after being trapped on scaffolding near the 68th floor of One World Trade Center in New York City following a cable malfunction. According to Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro, firefighters used diamond cutters to saw through a two-layered glass window in order to pull the workers to safety.
