"Trapped" is about br being trapped in your own personal hell, whether it's a relationship, drug abuse, eating disorder, bullying issues, or physicalmental pains, and trying to find br the strength to get out of the harmful situation and not be hindered any longer. "Trapped" sheds some light to the different types of abuse we secretly or publicly br endure and is a reminding us that we should never feel trapped.
