Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav marked his 75th birthday in style, riding an imported Victorian- style ‘buggy’ in Rampur. However, controversy followed when party leader and minister Azam Khan, when asked about the funding for the event, quipped that the money has come from the Taliban and Dawood Ibrahim.
