Mehsana: Starting on October 2, Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary PM Narendra Modi started the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan which is billed as the most ambitious attack ever on the squalor that is India. Modi inspired and urged people to maintain cleanliness but it seems that these echoes failed to struck to the ears of Mehsana district. Despite mass movement, Municipality officials and people of the district did not turn up to respond to the 'Clean India' campaign because still, Mehsana district has its own garbage empire.
