pA meeting between the top oil producer of the OPEC group, Saudi Arabia, and non-members Russia and Mexico failed to reach a deal to cut output. The summit took place in advance of the OPEC meeting which begins on Thursday, where the oil-producing nations will discuss output levels as prices continue to slide. Also today, the United States weighs in on the European Union’s inquiry into Google.
