Representatives of Venezuela, Mexico, Russia and Saudi Arabia met in Vienna prior to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Summit that is about to begin this Thursday in the Australian capital. Given the significant fall in oil prices, the next summit is considered as one of the most significant in the OPEC's history.
