Up until now, South American Cup matches have been available through Pay TV services only. The Argentine Government has decided that soccer or football as it is known outside the United States, is of public interest to millions of Argentines. And so, it will be broadcast in High Dimension for free on open television channels. Leo Poblete reports from Argentina.
