Uruguayans will go to the polls Sunday for a second round vote in presidential elections. No surprises are expected. Socialist Broad Front candidate Tabare Vazquez is leading right wing opposition candidate Luis Lacalle Pou with 55 vs 40 percent in the most recent polls.
