In Uruguay, the presidential candidates in the second-round voting are closing their campaigns today. Tabaré Vázquez, the candidate of the ruling left-wing Broad Front, will hold a rally at 6 pm, while Luis Lacalle Pou will do the same at 7 pm. Tabaré Vázquez is leading the polls with almost 54 support among voters.
