The video shows a 24-year-old female student who was attacked by an 18-year-old Serbian in front of McDonalds. Incident happens around 1:25. br br The girl, Tuğçe Albayrak, died on Friday from her injuries after being in a coma. br br The reason for the attack was that she helped out two women in the McDonald’s toilet who were being harassed by the Serbian. br br According to a German newspaper, the Serbian can be sentenced to a maximum of 10 years. However, if the judge comes to the conclusion that the murder wasn’t intentional, a maximum of 2 years is possible and could be placed on probation. br br br br I saw that someone already posted a Turkish youtube version of the video.
