Needing a new home, the people of Coral started the Pioneer Project to find and colonize new worlds. Deciding on the juicy green planet of Ragol as their destination, they launch Pioneer 1; a massive space ark. Upon landing, the colonists find Ragol is a paradise and immediately begin taking over, establishing bases and filling them with engineers, scientists, and AI’s.br br One of these colonists, Heathcliff Flowen, discovers ancient ruins which are actually a crashed alien ship containing an evil entity known as Dark Falz. Heathcliff and his men release Falz and are wiped out. The newly formed colony government attempts to cover it up, but now that every animal on the planet is suddenly corrupt and violent, suspicions arise. One adventurous girl, "Red Ring" Rico Tyrell decides to investigate, also discovering Falz and becoming possessed by the evil tentacle monster… Yeah.br br Seven years pass and Pioneer II hovers over the planet's surface, preparing to land. As this happens Falz unleashes an explosive wave of energy, killing or absorbing everyone on the surface. Now freaked out, Pioneer II stays in orbit and sends your team to explore the planet's surface and figure out what happened.
