Malayalam star Jayaram and actordirectorscreenplay writer Bhagyaraj are coming together for the first time for a Tamil movie, which is titled 'Thunai Mudhalvar' (Deputy CM). Directed by Vivekanandhan, who has earlier given 'Madhiya Sirai', the film which went on the floors recently, has M’town glam actress Shwetha Menon, known for her controversial movies, playing opposite Bhagyaraj. Meenakshi, who went into long hibernation, is back and is paired opposite Jayaram.
