Sweden faces snap election after budget falls

Swedish prime minister has announced that he will call the country's first snap election in over half a century after parliament voted against his two-month-old government's budget. The far-right Sweden Democrats party voted with the centre-right opposition with the aim of toppling the new coalition in response to the government's pro-immigration policies.
