I was born in the USA and am still a citizen of the USA, but I have also been a French citizen since 1999. I never go back to the USA. Since 2010, I have had problems in France, since I am still a "U.S. person." FATCA is a relatively new law which increasingly requires compliance. br br cutecatfaith.
