Ernesto Samper, Secretary General of the The Union of South American Nations (UNASUR ) delivered a speech yesterday focusing on social inclusion ahead of the official inauguration of the UNASUR new headquarters in Quito, Ecuador. Former President of Brazil Luis Ignacio Lula da Silva also delivered a speech stressing the importance of regional integration among other issues.
