Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad: Gujarat Police is set to launch a mobile application 'Swaraksha' to curb crimes against women and children. In case of an emergency, the person has to just click on the ‘tap for emergencies’ button in the Android-based app, which will send a text message to the police.The text message will provide details of the location through the global positioning system (GPS).
