In fact, you do this yourself, but in treatment or in the event you would like to modify, it is best to address that criticism as divided from yourself. That is a direct and an indirect manner how the Inner Critic can damage your self esteem. While the direct manner isn't that hard to see, the indirect manner is more insidious and pollutes your self esteem behind your back. If you would like to conquer low self esteem, pay attention to the latter one, as it might sabotage your time and effort in the future.br A. The direct manner Criticizing and depreciating youbr Affirmations the Inner Critic makes about you that devalue your self-worth can damage your self esteem. There are there are only three ways how the Inner Critic damages your self esteem.br 1. Twisted notions and beliefsbr The Inner Critic uses false assertions to accuse you.
