Mumbai: A Sunday picnic to the Juhu beach is incomplete without savouring the delights from an array of food stalls in Juhu Chowpatty. However, all the stalls by the beach remained shut citing irregularities. Some stalls were operating illegally. On the other side, owners who were operating stalls legally, those were too forced to shut down their stalls after which they filed complaint.
