Brazil's Truth Commission confirmed there were 434 dead or missing people during the military dictatorship from 1964 to 1985.According to its final report delivered on Wednesday to President Dilma Rousseff. the report describes the human rights violations that took place in the country as part of Plan Condor implemented by military regimes during the 1970s and the 1980s.
