Vadodara: One Stop Crisis Centre (OSCCs), a specialized facility for providing all necessary services for women victims survivors of violence died in the city. Leaders gave hopes to women but everything went haywire as government failed to keep its words. This has left women fuming and demanded prompt implementation.
