The couple has been together for at least seven months, as they were first seen out and about in May of this year. In September, a friend of the pair told the magazine Madden was trying to do everything right in the relationship and pointed out he has more traditional beliefs than Diaz.

That means he wants to get engaged and married before having children. An unidentified source told US Weekly “Benji always tends to fall in love easily, but this time it's for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy and there's nothing better than that.”

42-year-old Diaz has previous romantic ties to Alex Rodriguez and Justin Timberlake. 35-year-old Madden formerly dated ‘Girls Next Door’ star Holly Madison and Paris Hilton.
