I got stuck trying to save Gideon, I couldn't seem to shoot his attacker through the ceiling. But then I figured it out and felt a bit stupid. Hopefully someone else has this same problem and it wasn't just me! This is the sniper part of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare near the start of the game.
