For many of the Syrians fleeing ISIL and the other dangers of the civil war - crossing the border doesn't always mean safety.   Many Syrians who've fled to Turkey have been killed or maimed by landmines.   And rights activists have accused the government of failing to honour its pledges to remove the mines. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Sanliurfa on the Turkey-Syria border.
