Dermaplaning is a chemical-free method of exfoliation that uses a sterile stainless steel blade to remove the dead outer skin cells and the peach fuzz from the skin. This procedure is perfect for pregnant or nursing women who cannot get a chemical peel. It leaves the skin silky smooth.
