Bolivian President Evo Morales confirmed that fugitive Peruvian businessman Martín Belaunde -former congressman and advisor to Peruvian President Ollanta Humala- who is wanted on corruption, embezzlement, money laundering, and conspiracy charges, had entered Bolivia illegally and would not be granted asylum.
