The capital of China, Beijing, will be the scene of the first ministerial forum between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) to promote trade, investment and financial cooperation between both blocs. Various Latin American presidents, such as Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro and Ecuador's Rafael Correa, will participate in the event.
