The Arab League issued a statement in which it vigorously condemns the terrorist attack against the Charlie Hebdo publication in France. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas described the attack as a terrorist and odious crime while Saudi Arabia expressed regret for the deaths of so many innocent people.
