pA car horn waking you up in the morning may not be unusual, but this resident of Washington DC looked out the window on January 6 to find that the horn belonged to a car that was up in flames! He said the fire department were on their way to the scene while he recorded this video, because there is simply no putting out a fire of such intensity without their help.
