Vadodara: Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), Ban Ki-moon inaugurated the country’s largest canal-top solar power plant constructed atop a branch canal of the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL) between city’s Sama and Chhani localities. He started his speech with Gujarati leaving people amazed.
