Bruce Jenner was looking emotional when we spotted him on the same day a new issue of In Touch Weekly hit newsstands. The magazine features a cover story on the former Olympian's transformation into a woman, and what some are calling a heavily photoshopped image. Bruce has yet to comment on rumors of a sex change.
